WildBlue Pulse: Quality Assessment and Diagnostic Tool

Pulse Installation

To install WildBlue Pulse, click here, read and accept the license agreement, and follow the on-screen instructions.

If Microsoft's .NET Framework is not currently installed on your PC, the Pulse installation process stops. You then are prompted to install the .NET Framework. Follow the instructions from Microsoft. Then, restart the Pulse installation from the beginning.

After you have finished the installation, you'll need to run a short diagnostic test and upload the results to WildBlue. By doing so, you've given us a snapshot of your system. This allows us to compare any future situations to your system as it is now.

To run the diagnostics:

  1. Click from any screen to display the Diagnostics screen.
  2. Click to run the test.
  3. If this message appears, click

It is optional, but recommended, to upload results automatically. To configure Pulse to upload results automatically:

  1. Click from any screen to display the Settings screen.
