WildBlue Pulse

WildBlue is proud to announce a new tool to help you measure the quality of your WildBlue connection.

What does WildBlue Pulse do?
The application measures your connection quality and speed, makes recommendations concerning your system setup, and captures a snapshot of this data. You can take these snapshots on a regular basis to develop a history of your service. You can submit this data to WildBlue to help us diagnose any issues if you are experiencing slow service.

What kind of computer does Pulse run on?
At this time, Pulse runs only on computers with Windows XP or Vista.

How big is this program?
Very small (less than 5 MB). You may choose to run it only when you would like to measure your system performance. It runs only when you start it, and uses minimal system resources.

How can I get more information?
Click on the links in the left bar to see each screen with a description of what it measures. Visit the WildBlue Forums for more in-depth information and to discuss your data measurements with other WildBlue customers and staff.

Minimum System Requirements: Pulse is designed to run on Windows Vista and Windows XP. Computers that run one of these operating systems and meet the minimum requirements for using the WildBlue Internet service should be able to run Pulse. Most computers in use today will meet our minimum system requirements.
