WildBlue Pulse: Quality Assessment and Diagnostic Tool
Diagnostics Screen
From this screen, you run the Diagnostic tests and then display the details of your system performance. This information helps WildBlue to determine if there is a performance problem with your system. It also helps Pulse to make recommendations for improving your system's performance and reliability.
In the screen pictures below, hover your mouse pointer over any item for more information.
Diagnostics Details
The tabs in this window display the information that Pulse gathers, submits to WildBlue, and then uses to make the recommendations that you see on the Recommendations screen.
- General tab
- System tab
This tab displays information about your hardware and system software.
- Satellite tab
This screen displays the details of your satellite connection. It contains much of the same information as the Satellite screen.
- Network tab
If you have a network, this tab displays your network information, including your adapter and IP address, as well as that of the others on your network.
- Security tab
This tab displays information about your anti-virus and firewall software.
- Usage tab
This tab displays your upload and download statistics. It contains the same information as the Bandwidth Usage screen at the time you ran the diagnostics.
