WildBlue speed tiers range from 512 Kbps to 1.5 Mbps download speed (maximum upload speed from 128 Kbps to 256 Kbps respectively). The speed tier received and pricing will vary depending upon the service plan selected by the customer. Speed comparisons are for file transfer downloads only and are compared to 42 Kbps dial-up. Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Many factors affect speed.

$50 Off Equipment & $100 Off Installation
This offer is valid only for new customers whose service is installed in an active, servicable WildBlue beam.

New WildBlue residential or small office customers who place an order for WildBlue service between August 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008 are eligible to receive $50 Off Equipment & $100 Off Installation. The regular price of standard installation is $179.95 and the regular cost of the equipment is $299.00. Customers will be charged $79.95 for standard installation, $249.00 for equipment and for any prorated month of service, taxes and any additional fees that apply. Additional fees may apply if additional work is required outside of a standard installation. Offer valid in select areas that are currently serviceable by WildBlue. Offer is available for a limited time, may be withdrawn at any time and is offered by participating retailers only.

A Standard Installation includes the following:

• Professional standard installation of WildBlue CPE by a Certified Installer
• Travel to and from subscriber location within 50 miles of installer office
• Up to 100 foot of RG-6 cable from antenna to modem
• Cable routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor
• Minimum service term is 24 months
• WildBlue modem connected to one computer. Multiple PC’s and wireless routers are not included in a standard installation.

Non-standard installations may result in additional charges. Please confirm with the premise technician that your installation will be standard prior to allowing the technician to start work. If your installation is non-standard, any additional charges must be agreed upon between subscriber and premise technician prior to beginning work. If you have ordered from WildBlue directly the equipment for your service comes directly to you from our warehouses. If you cancel the order before installation, you will be charged a $50 restocking fee plus taxes.

Free AntiVirus/AntiSpyware Software
Free AntiVirus/AntiSpyware software offer good for one PC per subscriber for the first year of service. AntiVirus/AntiSpyware software powered by F-Secure. By installing and activating the F-Secure AntiVirus software, you agree to all terms and conditions applicable to the software. The first 12 months of service are free. If you do not cancel by the end of your free year, a charge of $2.49 per month will be added to your WildBlue monthly bill. You may cancel your F-Secure subscription at any time. Please see your WildBlue Customer Agreement for additional details. Software is not available for Macintosh.
End Date: One year from the date of installation of the WildBlue service.

About Our Distribution Network
Depending on the distributor you select, your WildBlue service may be provided directly by WildBlue or through an authorized retailer. The packages, promotions and terms of sale shown on this website are available to all customers who contract directly with WildBlue.

If you receive your service through a WildBlue retailer, the retailer may not participate in all packages, promotions and other terms of sale shown on this website. You will be billed directly by the authorized retailer and your customer agreement will be with the retailer listed under the contact information on your agreement. The terms of your agreement with the retailer may be different than the Customer Agreement on this website. In all cases, however, the Fair Access Policy and Acceptable Use Policy will apply to use of the WildBlue service.

Please ask your retailer if your contract will be with WildBlue or the retailer when you inquire about receiving WildBlue service. We want you to have the best experience possible and understand all facts about the terms of agreement and service prior to receiving WildBlue internet service.
