Reading Your Electronic Bill
MONTHLY NOTIFICATIONS VIA EMAIL
WildBlue does not send paper statements to our customers. Every month, you’ll receive a notification via email when your bill is ready to be viewed online. This email message will be sent to the contact email address you gave us when ordering the service. You will receive your first monthly statement electronically within a few days after your installation.
UPDATE YOUR CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS
If you’re not receiving your monthly bill notifications, please make sure we have your regular email address on file (usually the email address that you use most often). To see what email address we have on file for you and make any changes, please go to update your contact information.
It’s important to keep this updated. In addition to your monthly bill notification, we usually only contact you if there is an issue with your service, if you need to update your payment information, or we’re announcing a new feature for customers.

READING YOUR ELECTRONIC BILL
Your first bill will reflect a complete month of service and any prorated days outside of your regular billing cycle.
Example: 7 days of service ($11.69) + monthly service fee ($49.95) (Value Pak) = $61.64
It is important to note that you will not see your name and account number on the email or electronic bill. You can find your personal information in the Customer Account Detail screen after you log in.
If you need copies of your statements for tax purposes you should print both the Customer Account Detail and the Account Summary pages.
