Read Your Bill
WildBlue does not send paper statements to our customers. Every month, you’ll receive a notification via email when your bill is ready to be viewed online. This email message will be sent to the contact email address you gave us when ordering the service. You will receive your first monthly statement electronically within a few days after your installation.
If you’re not receiving your monthly bill notifications, please make sure we have your regular email address on file (usually the email address that you use most often). To see what email address we have on file for you and make any changes, please go to update your contact information.
It’s important to keep this updated. In addition to your monthly bill notification, we usually only contact you if there is an issue with your service, if you need to update your payment information, or we’re announcing a new feature for customers.
To view your monthly bill, you’ll need your primary wildblue.net email address. If you don’t have a wildblue.net email address, it’s quick and easy to set up (and it’s free).
- To set up your wildblue.net email address, click here.
- You may also call us at 1-866-WILDBLUE (1-866-905-6768).
Once you have your primary wildblue.net email address and password, you can view your bill here:

If you need copies of your statements for tax purposes you should print both the Bill Details screen and the Bill History screen.
