WildBlue Names Chief Information Officer

Denver, Colorado - WildBlue Communications, Inc. today announced that they named Mike Casullo as Chief Information Officer. WildBlue provides high-speed Internet access via satellite to homes and small businesses in communities not served, or underserved, by other high speed providers.

 

As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Casullo will be responsible for developing and managing WildBlue's information systems and applications.  Mr. Casullo has worked in technical development and operations for more than 22 years.  He most recently served as CIO for On Command Corp, a world leader in the hospitality entertainment industry, where he handled software development, network engineering, and technical operations.  Casullo also was Vice President of Operations for Qwest Cyber.Solutions, the nation's largest Applications Service Provider (ASP) and Vice President of Information Technology for VeloCom, Incorporated, where he was involved in deploying voice and data services in Brazil and Argentina.  He also worked at Telecommunications, Incorporated (TCI) for 16 years in a number of technical management areas, including Network Operations and Engineering and Data Center Operations.  Mr. Casullo holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
