Contracts With Four Nationwide Value Added Resellers Will Establish WildBlue in the Enterprise VSAT Market with the Fastest Speeds for the Lowest Cost

WildBlue has initially contracted with four nationwide Value Added Resellers (VARs) to offer WildBlue?s equipment and monthly high speed Internet service. The VARs will handle all sales, installation and service for their individual subscribers. The four VARs that WildBlue has contracted with are:

WildBlue will offer its Internet service at download speeds of up to 1.5 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 256 Kbps at a price-to-performance ratio significantly better than currently available from other service providers in the Enterprise Market. WildBlue?s
